New clients may use the form below to submit their information to us. You can include the name and phone number of your pet’s previous veterinarian in the addtional information box so that we may contact them for your pet’s medical history. Or you may have your previous vet fax the information to us at 407-846-2996.
Appointments are scheduled with arrival time windows of one half hour because our arrival time can vary depending on traffic and the nature of the appointment prior to yours. Sometimes our schedule may change due to cancellations or emergencies. If we will be earlier or later than the half hour window of time given to you, we will call ahead. (And remember that while you and your pet wait in the comfort and peace-and-quiet of your home, you’ve got time to accomplish stuff around the house if you want!)
When we arrive, our technician will come to your door to greet you and take any additional information. Then your appointment can take place in our mobile unit or in your home, whichever you and your pet prefer, and depending on exactly what services we’re providing that visit.
A note for kitty appointments: We recommend that "Fluffy" is isolated to a small room or carrier prior to our arrival because if "Fluffy" does a magic disappearing act and can’t be found/caught within 15 minutes of our arrival, we will unfortunately have to move on to our next appointment and a trip fee will still have to be charged.
Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, debit, and Visa/Mastercard. No Discover or American Express. No Personal checks.
